Honeywell HCM-710 Easy-To-Care Cool Moisture Humidifier

i did not purchase the model shown in the picture, but I do like the model HAC 750 that  I did purchase. However, the KAZ/Honeywell on line info on the replacement filters was unclear and I ordered three incorrect filters (HAC 504). I should have ordered three Filter B.

I have returned the three incorrect filters to KAZ ånd have requested  correct filter replacements.

i have rated (stars) on the humidifier (HAC 750) that I did purchase and receive.

I have been using this product for less than a week and its already not working right, the water level is barely moving after running for 6 - 8 hrs. I have no luck with these things and need it to keep my childs cough down, I thought if I got a good one my problems would be over but once again there is an issue. Trying to get tech support but nothing as of yet.

I have this unit and it does not work for 36 hours on 1 gallon of water.

More like 17-18 hours.

I only use it at night in the bedroom which is 12X12 with the door closed.

Not too happy.

Dose not humidify as expected.

This is an additional comment about the humidifier. It does a fine job of providing moisture, I did not realize that it would not cut off automatically when it ran out of water. That is a major flaw. All of my previous humidifiers had an automatic cut off. I leave the humidifier on all the time and sometimes it runs dry. Ennis Whitehead
